This role has the following responsibilities:<\/p>\n<h4>Common Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Working with customers\/team members to identify application and system issues and advising on the solution<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer complaints<\/li>\n<li>Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits<\/li>\n<li>Follow up to ensure resolution<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of customer interactions<\/li>\n<li>Process customer accounts and file documents<\/li>\n<li>Logging and keeping records of customer queries and feature request<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<p>Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or similar<\/p>\n<h3>Skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Presentation Skills<\/li>\n<li>Logical thinker<\/li>\n<li>Eye for detail<\/li>\n<li>Curiosity to learn<\/li>\n<li>Time Management Skills<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal and customer care skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Experience<\/h3>\n<p>Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Handling and Application Training<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"w-btn-wrapper align_none\"><a class=\"w-btn us-btn-style_6\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSc0J_djT7Je7_iRHVbYMSgQISvocG7glKSVJjLL7JR3BBiMiQ\/viewform\"><span class=\"w-btn-label\">APPLY NOW<\/span><\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Roles and Responsibilities Customer Support works with other team members within the Operations Department along with team members in the Software Design and Development, Operations and Business Development departments.
